They found it for me at a reasonable price and fantastic quality.

I initially went in to purchase. I was used to Goodwill, so the organization of the store was a nice change. Some pieces were comparably priced to Goodwill, but some name brand items were overpriced in my opinion. My second time in, I went in to sell. I brought my items in folded, laundered and in a tote like they suggested. You show your ID, do a check-in on your phone and then they stated it would take 30-45 minutes for them to sort through my items and then would provide me with a quote. I decided to browse for a bit until they were done. They ended up returning over half of my items, and seemed very snooty about it. They returned things for reasons of small stains and I’m guessing some things they decided weren’t in style any longer. They paid me about $20.00 for 56 items, definitely not worth it in my opinion. Especially for them not taking most of my items, I would honestly just take stuff to Goodwill instead and just donate it.I suppose it depends who is working, because the sorting process and their standards seem a bit questionable to me. I bought a few items from there and noticed when I got home that one shirt had a small hole on the back of it and a pair of shorts had the threading coming apart on one side.

I brought clothes that were all only worn 0-2 times from my sons first two months As well as brand new box of breast milk bags . Not only did they give me not much like not even a dollar per item they also to parts of items and gave back the other half. I didn’t realize till I got in the car, but I’m very frustrated and disappointed.. don’t sell to them.

This has become our first stop when it comes to all things kid! The book selection is awesome and we always find a treasure, or two or three. My 7 year old loves that she knows right where to go to find clothes in her size. The staff is always helpful and kind. I especially appreciate that it feels like a safe shopping experience. Highly recommend!
