When you walk up to the entrance of the business, you are greeted and with an appointment you are processed for the safety of all with a covid 19 cleaned, socially distanced seat.The eye exam was incredible, I was in capable hands the whole way from gathering information to all the technical equipment in the Doctors tool box.I love Ray ban sunglasses and the purchase of Ray ban glasses was a natural choice…. excellent service and again covid-19 touching protocols employed at every turn. WOW!

Left 3 messages no one returned my calls. Went into the store and asked if they can replace my child’s eyeglasses since it was broken and misplaced. We had warranty on it. They have no record of my daughter’s previous picked frame ♀️ I asked how much will it cost to get new frame since we purchased a warranty less than a year ago. The lady told me “ you have to pay for it in full. It’s not free it was clearly stated on the receipt.” Wow you didn’t have to say it like that! so rudely. My daughter and I walked around for about 10 mins searching for new frame. The lady left for lunch break. She also left the computer screen unattended showing my daughter’s information. Talk about HIPAA violation. You need a HiPAA and customer service training. Will never go back to this place. Bad customer service! Don’t bother leaving a message no one will return your call.
