The UPS driver brazenly stole my perfume package upon delivery. Called the Sephora Customer Service number and let them know what happened. They immediately replaced it and even threw in a couple of sample products. Just four days later the replacement package arrived safe and sound. Will always be going back to them. Great service!

At midnight I tried to buy my wife this limited @katvondbeauty train case. It was sold out instantly. I find it on @sephora a few hours later and was able to purchase it. Since @thekatvond announced its release she wanted it. I was purchasing it as a gift for her 1st Mother’s Day. I saw an email from @sephora saying they canceled my order. After being hung up on the first time I found it was due to an error their system made. Now this item is out of stock and I can only find it on eBay for $300. After speaking with Quillon @sephora I was offered 150 Sephora points and $25 store credit along with the #worstcustomerservice they wouldn’t tell me if they were getting any more and couldn’t notify me if they did. they said I could keep checking the website to see if it becomes Available then use the credit. Words can’t describe how #upset and #disappointed I am. I have put more effort in finding a customer a can of corn than they have for me. I have been in customer service for over 20 years, work for a $15 billion dollar + company, managed a $60 million dollar/year store and the #lackofeffort shown by @sephora ‘s #customerservice is #disheartening
