Worst customer service ever. I went to pick up my order that was supposedly ready as I received an email claiming was ready for pick up. I went to where the document orders are…mind you I had to figure it out myself, after 10min i finally asked a woman I was there for a pick up and she said to look through them…the reason I chose in-store was because I had sensitive information if I would’ve know everyone goes thru them I would’ve ordered curbside pickup. Anyways I looked through them and nothing. Waited another 15min and finally got help…turns out my order was never ready to being with.

Customer service needs to pick up the pace. Who ever was at register today seemed to just scan anything. I dont know if she overcharged me or not… I came in twice this evening and faxed the same amount of papers due to a mistake on a sending fax number. I dont know if i can rely on the assoiciates here

Please update your hours on your website. Site says closes at 9pm…drove all the way out there only to find that it closed at 8pm. UPDATE 9/30/20: Made another attempt…Was in a hurry and everyone was extremely polite and helpful in finding what I needed. Nice clean store and well stocked.
