He was super understanding and helped me every step of the way. He kept in constant contact with me about my car, was very patient and did a thorough job with what was needed to fix my car! Took my car here after being rear ended on the freeway. They were so professional and the communication was great. Brian called consistently to keep me updated on my cars progress. They arranged the rental car company to pick me up after I dropped off my car and I was able to leave the rental there and they checked it out for me. It made it so much easier and less stressful.
