Got my car serviced for the first time for the 5k miles service. Steve the assistant service manager was very helpful and helped me navigate through the issues I had pertaining my wheel locks. He was very understanding and so easy to work with. Bryan from the tire department had excellent customer service and provided me with so much knowledge about my car in an easy to follow manner. He was very transparent and honest and I greatly appreciate that. I can now say there is a trustworthy car service department in Fremont!

Horrible experience, people promised financing, gave me a car and later asked to changed the terms I signed and asked for a larger deposit. After being assured a creditor has accepted my application and I signed the new terms and gave a larger deposit. Turns out they didn’t!! So was asked to return the car April 8. I did. And they promised my deposit is two weeks out. It’s May 7th….. Just horrible customer service. I hope they get me my check before I am done filing for the small claims court.UPDATESo turns out my deposit was supposedly mailed the 28th of April, but was just left on one of the office workers desk. I had to drive down and get the check on the 11th of May since I wasn’t sure they’d be able to find the mail box for their office. I understand these are trying times with the outbreak, but if you are open to take your car back, you should be able to repay the deposit in a timely manner as well.

Sharks! got scammed on my first car purchase. After I requested help by someone who knew Spanish, the sales rep said my English was good enough so he can make the transaction… end up locked in contract without understanding, paying more than should have because Toyota sales judged my language even though I asked for Spanish for my understanding. Sale person barely spoke english as well so there was super language /understanding barrier.
