This is the worst framing company I have ever used. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Being a art collector and working with a lot of top framing companies both in New York and LA I was hoping to find a good company in the Bay Area to work with. This is not the one. Mediocre framing and extremely rude treatment by the owner Kevin.Kevin, the owner, is extremely rude. First time I came into the shop to get something framed. He immediately asked me to leave the shop. Everyone else was ok, white customers, but when I came in I was ask to leave immediately. Right when I got to the store he tells me we are too busy for you – I just spoke to him on the phone and he told me to come in and they could help, but when he saw me he change his mind. Kevin seriously doesn’t know how to treat customers or people of color.I just waited and another employee helped me and was fine. She took my order and worked out. The framing job was not the best but I wanted to try them again. Every time I was in the store Kevin was rude and disrespectful. I gave them another order and for three weeks they didn’t even work on it. I came to get the piece and Kevin asked me to find another framing company.This person is rude, unprofessional and possibly racist as well. Don’t get you art framed here. Worst framing company I have ever worked with and honestly consumer affairs need to look into this store. Kevin has some major personal issues and obviously doesn’t know how to treat customers right. There are plenty of framing shops in the area highly recommend if you have nice art or investment piece DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!
