I purchased a car from here a week ago. I wasn’t able to take it home because I was told that it just arrived at the dealership and needed a few things done by service. I was told that they would call me the next day to pick it up. Next day no call, I had to call a few times and was told that it was almost ready. I drove up there (I live and an hour and a half away) only to be told that it wasn’t done due to it being a Monday and service was back up, most likely I wouldn’t get it until Wednesday. I called Tuesday to check on status and was told that the car was ready but it was a part of another deal that wasn’t finalized yet and it should all get taken care of Wednesday evening. I didn’t receive an update Wednesday or Thursday. So I drive up on Friday only to be told that the deal didn’t go through. I’m was extremely disappointed and frustrated at the lack of communication. Had not I drove up there I would have still been waiting. To make matters worse I tell them okay just refund my $6K down payment so I can continue my car search and I had to go out of town for the weekend. They kept trying to sell me vehicles I didn’t want, wasting more of my time. I finally go to an office and they tell me that the funds are released back on my card. Here am I 3 days later still without my refund! I’ve call my bank they said there’s nothing they can do the merchant has to released the funds. In conclusion a entire week wasted, no new car, my weekend is ruined and I’m still without my $6K. This is my experience with this dealership.

I love the Moss Bros in Riverside CA!! Every time I have been there I have gotten immediate help… They did not leave me just sitting there not knowing what was going on. Someone was always walking by asking if I needed help or if i would like some water… This place excels in Customer Service and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a car or simply there just to ask a question. I came here with little to no experience in buying or financing a car and a fear of salesmen, however that quickly changed after getting to know the wonderful team of salesmen and service technicians. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully satisfied and worked hard to get me a fair deal. For sales, I highly recommend Joey or Travis! Moss Bros. is definitely on the customers side 🙂
