It’s 4 pm PT. I have called 6 times and the phone just rings after the canned message states someone will be with you shortly. They figured out how to not deal with people by phone – ignore the call and don’t pick up. The absolute worst.I called because the carrier doesn’t know what it means when the flag is up on the mailbox and instead stuff mail in the box without taking the birthday card I’m sending. Definitely not the first time they don’t want to pick up mail.

There’s always a big line but the waiting time is like 10 to 15 minutes, they’re fast and efficient, good customer service , clean and organized place.

They have improved their customer service A LOT! Specially since management is near by and always helping everyone. Great idea to have the kiosks, someone walking down the line helping out and saving people’s time and the new window just for pick up and other inquiries. The line might look long but it goes fast.
