Between my wife and I we have purchased several items between the SF and NYC Goyard locations.Service has always been hospitable and kind. They receive a lot of emails / requests so service and communication can sometimes be a bit delayed, but beyond that we have both been happy. In addition, with minor upkeep, the product looks amazing for years and will last a lifetime.

Had a wonderful seamless experience here. I emailed ahead to make an appointment, head back within the hour. Wen we arrived the sales associate had everything we wanted ready for us. Really knowledgeable and nice. All the other luxury stores in the area had extremely long lines, so it was extra nice that we planned ahead and were treated as such. Will be coming back.
