First time ever to this spot. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich. It caught my eye immediately and didn’t disappoint. I’m assuming you get to choose what type of bagel you want? They never asked me but it came with a jalapeno cheddar that was very good. Also I added bbq sauce to mine and kicked up the flavor.

These bagels taste great, there’s a wide selection, but the service is terrible. We come here often, always expecting things to change for the better. Unfortunately, something always goes wrong. This morning they did not put enough cream cheese in the bagel. When we complained, they gave us a tiny container of cheese then proceeded to charge us $1.99 – for a tiny bit of cheese! Beyond being annoying, it’s just plain rude. Keep in mind I eat hear 2 to 3 times a week. If you do eat here, please complain. At some point management will get the message. We can dream, right?

I love fresh bagels, and the one I always get, are the baker’s doz. However, it doesn’t matter, what time in the early morning or mid morning they run out of the Pretzel! Why don’t they make more or have backup???
