Very unhappy with there customer service purchased shoes with Ross the company brand.And she refused to refund me because I didn’t purchase the shoes in there store. I have a valid receipt proof of purchase and was denied and told and I quote “ I would go to the Camarillo store were you purchased it so they can check the cameras . I said why? Because they are not allowed to sell worn items. Doesn’t make sense to me since i purchased the shoes less then 30 days ago and returning them like I bought them. Unhappy with there customer service. And to be honest it felt like I was being chastised for no reason. Felt really uncomfortable experience.
