I’m thankful to have a physical store in case of emergency (such as today), but thank God for online stores…Most products cost up to twice the price of online alternatives(even Petco.com itself).Not only that, the cat health isle was pretty much depleted. 75% of what intended to buy was out of stock.At least they had the tapeworm dewormer in stock, so my trip wasn’t a complete waste.Still, when it comes to everyday items (pet food, toys and accessories), they have an amazing variety and much better stock.I might as well keep a stock of health/medication at home, for emergencies such as today’s.

Petco got fast and reliable services..Don’t use pet on wheels bad serviceThey scheduled an appointment for a Thursday and I was number # 35 for the following Thursday and waited since 4pmSince that’s what I was told no one called and instead the next day got text saying I was a no show when I didn’t even get a text but when I text I was going to put a complaint they said it was and error and I will be the first person seen the following Thursday but the truck didn’t even arrive then the following Thursday I was ca that I was the first one… I told them never-ending I already had the shots done by petco if a few days time not weeks…

I just adopted a rabbit and went to Petco for some help. I was really surprised at how knowledgeable the staff was. EVERYONE were super helpful but George in particular, blew me away with all his information and advice. This is a great store!
