Great employees, I enjoy talking every once and I while.
Emmanuel Sanchez
Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes during the PS5 drop to be told they are sold out. The lack of communication was astounding. The employees talked to the line ONCE, just to say how many were in stock but never went by the line to get a tally of how many people would be guaranteed a Ps5. Any and all information we received was from asking customers at the front of the line.Every other GameStop I saw handled it pretty efficiently. But the two employees in charge just did not seem capable or maybe just didn’t care enough. After 2 hours and 15 minutes about 30 people in line had to go home with nothing to show for it, when the wait could have been a lot shorter.

All ways seems picked over. Inconvenient.
