My favorite thing about owning a Tesla is the support. Coupling an evolving production environment with a well equipped support team is super important. It must be a difficult task when in a production ramp with new models. The technicians and customer service guys in San Rafael must be the best in the bay because I don’t know how I could have had a better experience. A+

Had a great experience here. My driver’s license was sitting on the center console and slipped into the abyss when I hit the breaks. My own efforts to retrieve it trying YouTube videos failed. SF Tesla was pre-booked – so I just swung by San Rafael. San Rafael removed the console and retrieved my license. And it was about a third of the time and price SF quoted. Really happy with the service.
