Has a small comic convention every other month. Good deals. Hasn’t happened since COVID, but its a good spot with good restuarants around it.

A huge vintage factor warehouse where lemons & oranges were packed and shipped out back in the 1920s Wow! Now the structure holds modern shopping. Including:a vintage clothing shop, coffee house, macrame crafts, natural made soaps / creams and other novelty stores. Very cool places to visit and shop. This historic site also provides plenty of good food and drinks to satisfy your snacking needs; lunch or dinner plans. If you injoy walking through shaded streets, looking and shopping about (in College campus vibe town) Then you’ll love Clermont.Dont forget to visit Rino Records and the Ice-cream polar. Yummy!

It is small but fun to walk through. Nice bookstore. Cool retro game shop. A couple of interesting boutiques. The art school for kids is very cool. The restaurants are decent, though there are some really excellent restaurants a short walking distance away.Nice way to spend an afternoon.
