So glad that we went to Best Tiles!! We have been searching for bathroom tiles the last couple of weeks. We went to a place in Henrietta and they were too busy to help us. We went to another place on Atlantic Avenue and I guess we didn’t look like rich enough perspectives. They started to help us and then disappeared. But from the first time I contacted Best Tiles on Empire Blvd until we got our quote, we had a wonderful experience. Jackie, one of their sales personnel, did an outstanding job. She contacted me as soon as I sent an email. When I said I would stop the next day, she called me to be sure I was still stopping. When we arrived she gave us immediate service, helped us select the best tiles for us (and within our budget) and then proceeded to explain a number of other items that we would need to do the job ourselves. We gave her our measurements and before we even got home, our estimate was in our email and it was very comprehensive and reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend that you stop to see Jackie at Best Tile on Empire Blvd whenever you are in need of tiles!

Went to go look for tile for a bathroom remodel, found one I liked that was in clearance and they said it should still be there as it was not allocated for anyone. They charged me for the samples and when I went back they said the tile in clearance was allocated for a contract and they would not allow me to return any of the samples. On top of that the lady was rude to us and did not want to give us the time of day.
