I a very pleasant experience while shopping for my new mattress. Ms. Stewart was not only professional and very nice she was also efficient. Ensuring we understood all the return fees and procedures and also went through what to expect when we get the mattress. If I owned a store then I would love my entire staff to be just like Ms Stewart.

Kim the in store sales woman was amazing. She was patient with us, answered all of our questions honestly and was never a pushy saleswoman. We went back and forth between a few beds in the store. She helped us chose the right one for us. Her customer service skills were perfect! We truly felt that she cared for us and was very helpful catering to our needs. I truly recommend her as a salesperson. Her knowledge and information was priceless! It took us two weeks and a lot of store visits to finally chose the bed we wanted. Not once did she pressure us into picking just any bed. She even sent us home one evening to make sure we were making right decision on our bed purchase. Once we purchased the bed, it was in our home the following morning. The two gentleman that delivered the bed were respectful, on time and very fast. This whole overall experience was a very positive one. If you are looking to purchase a bed a highly recommend Kim! The delivery men were awesome as well!

I had a great experience at this location. Shawn the assistant manager was very informative and very patience with me and my husband and the thousands of questions we had. I love a company that do not just try and sale you something but provides you knowledge about the product and which one would be best. In addition Kim who was another customer service rep there service was amazing. She taught us so much information on different pillows and which ones were good and not so good depending on how you sleep. The location gets 5 stars. Great Service.
