I just called optical center to place an order for contacts Lenses is rude as hell. It sounded like it was an older woman..I told her I was having issue placing color contacts lenses and she tries to tell me the prescription expired even though I’m looking at my computer and it says it’s still good until April 2021. I was able to order clear lenses yesterday so how is that possible. She immediately changed the direct line to “doctor” office to update it. What the hell.
