I just had a horrible experience at this AT&T store. Very rude store manager, Robert Moline. I was there to report a fraud and scammer. Scammer was trying order from my att account and change the name on my account. I wanted to block them asap, but He smiled and ignored me. I was there to get help. He was there to sell phone. I was not bringing any profit so I was pushed around and bullied by Robert.

Only one representative with a long line of customers. The rep didn’t acknowledge the other customers or let us know anything. After waiting for 20 minutes with no updates, I asked how long it would be till they got to other customers and got nothing. I asked if I should try another store, they said “that’s up to your discretion.” I told them I needed any information at all so I can make a decision, and they had none to offer.
