I have took a ring that had been my mom’s. I have admired it since I was a young teen. The shop is clean, friendly and professional. I ask for it to be sized. They found loose prongs. All this at a reasonable price. I had another ring to be sized. I was educated in all the options. When I got my mother’s ring back, it was beautiful. I realized a week later that because the ring is too heavy, it tended to slide from side to side. I was told to bring it back in. We decided to size it down again at no cost to me. This type of service tells me of the pride they take in their business. I will continue to do business at Janine’s…as by now, they know my name. Thank you for caring about my rings and me!
