If you need any custom framing done ask for Lorena! The process of choosing from hundreds of colors for mat borders, and the endless selection of custom frames to choose from would typically be stressful and overwhelming, but she made it both fun and seamless (there were literally 60-100 different shades of each color). Lorena gave me the freedom to choose whatever I thought worked best while also offering her expert opinion and ideas for the 8 prints that I had done, and that was very much appreciated.During the process of selecting frames, the one I chose were on back order because they had sold out. Lorena clearly and effectively expressed to me that it would take a little longer for them to arrive, and communicated the entire process to me so I never felt out of the loop. All my art is up in my apartment, and she took something that already looked great, to something that looks like it belongs in a museum.You can believe that I will comeback to Blick on Berkeley strictly for her help and expertise. Everything is neatly organized, and they’ve got helpful directional stickers for the aisles and the checkout to keep things flowing smoothly even with all the craziness happening. All staff I interacted with were also very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had never been to this store as its an hour away but I was in search of Christmas gifts for my husband and his new lino-print hobby. I was pretty clueless as to what he might like/need. Their customer service is amazing. Noah didn’t just walk me to the right section but went over different items and took me throughout the store pointing out items that my husband would like. My husband was so happy Christmas morning with the gifts I had bought from Blick. I will definitely be back!
