I needed something I couldn’t find and was helped by a pharmacy staff person. My prescription wasn’t ready so I went to the main store checkout counters to buy the other items I’d found. There was no one at any checkout other than pharmacy. I yelled for an employee and no one came. Another woman was also waiting and had been needing help with the new check out machines (which I won’t use). i dropped my hand basket on the floor with the items still in it and left the store. I also was unable to find many items but the shelves were very empty. For example I was trying to find and anti-mold and mildew product and the store had no cleaning products other than dish soap. Finally, there was no one on the floor to help customers find things. I waited in line at pharmacy twice just to get help with items from other parts of the store because there was no one else in the store to ask. The people in pharmacy have always been helpful and good employees. I am very disappointed in the experience I had today in the other part of the store.
