We broke down on the side of I-40 with 8 head of horses just west of needles. The radiator blew and we were stranded. The closest radiator was in the Utah. He found one in Las Vegas. He drove all the way to Vegas picked up the radiator for $800 cheaper than the going rate, drove back to needles and put it back together the same day. He had us on the road within 10 hours. And he also found a place for our 8 horses that had been in the trailer for 16 hours to stretch out, eat and drink. GREAT MECHANIC AND A GREAT HUMAN.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Came to me quickly as I was illegally parked and the police already visited me. Informed me of the issue and was very reasonable priced being the fact I called him at 8pm. I would use him again in a heartbeat. He was totally honest about what needed to be wrong and did not try to nickel and dime me.

July 15 2020 still stuck at Motel 6 Needles. Yesterday, on our way to Lake Havasu, my daughter and her family’s 94 Ford class C motorhome drove from Barstow to Lake Havasu, with no problems whatsoever and stopped here in Needles on the way. When we tried to leave it started ran a little bit then died and wouldnt stay idling. We barely made it to a nearby motel for the night. My son-in-law called Honest John’s mobile auto repair, he said he could come today between noon and 3. Since check out is at 11:00 we had to rent the room for a 2nd night with high hopes that Mr. John the honest man would show up to help us, but nope NEVER did! We waited patiently all day!! So the whole day wasted that we could have had it towed to another mechanic !! Thanks for wasting our time not even the decency of a phone call saying you couldn’t make it!! Inconsiderate SOB!! Dishonest from the word go, thanks for nothing!!!
