A group of friends visited Gabrielle collections this weekend and we participated in this wine chocolate and popcorn pairing. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip in Napa. Cristian our host ,was not only friendly, funny, but highly informative. In addition to a bit of wine making history, we learned quite a bit about the different wine regions in Napa, the characteristics typical of each one, and how best to pair a particular wine with a particular chocolate, popcorn, oils and salt. The servings were generous enough that it basically served as a snack for us. I highly recommend the experience for anyone with an interest in wine, chocolate, olive oils salt and popcorn. Also, the shop is in one of my favorite parts of Napa. near Napa valley bistro. All in all, a great experience
