I was sold a PS5 bundle I did not request and told I was purchasing only the System, I later found a Warranty and Bundle attached not through the receipt( which conveniently I was not provided) but my Credit Card Statement. They used a Gift card unbeknownst to me and I was told to contact Customer Service to make an exception for the Bundle Item of the 1 Year Membership, or told I should sell the system for a profit and it was crazy for me to return the system. I contacted Customer Service and have been promised a Gift Card since December. They also let me know the store should’ve made the exception. The sad part is I was offered a monetary refund but wanted to reinvest the money into additional GameStop Products. This review is both for this location and the disconnect of misinformation provided to me by both the Store and the nightmare that is Customer Service. After 4 months of trying to resolve this issue I have now been advised by my Bank to file Fraud on the entire purchase along with a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
