Bad customer service all around. I received a bike I paid over $1k and it had a bent frame. I offers to accept another color if they could contain the manufacturer(who had other colors available) and they refused to help me out. They wouldn’t even let us talk they told us they sent a return label and that was that. And they clearly stated they did not care about yelp review. Be careful buying from this company they don’t care about making their customers happy and obviously don’t know what “drop ship” means or how to properly ship a bike. If I could give them no starts I would. Rosa was way too rude over the phone (let me add throne had 3 other colors on their site and they didn’t even try to work with them to get me a new one) don’t lie to the people

I purchased a bike from them last year. My 4 year old manged to snap the frame. I reached out to them and was surprised to receive an email within a hour from Elijah. He reached out directly to the manufacturer and facility a new bike for my boy. I can’t wait to get him back riding again!Thank you Elijah for all if your help!Lisa.
