If I could I would give this place a 0. I’ve come to this shop often and I have had rude customer service I’ve had to wait for about 20 minutes one time for a night owl iced coffee because one of the cashiers was talking to somebody that they know. Then today I came in and I had obnoxiously horrible customer service I have one guy who was new waiting on everyone trying his hardest to deal with every single customer in the store while another cashier is in the back sweeping and cleaning and making some pizzas. But wouldn’t come over and help him when his line was about 10 people long and I order three milkshakes extra thick and I’m always willing to wait but today I didn’t want to stand there and wait because he told her about it and said oh well that’s not my top priority right now she can wait ok I’m not her top priority and I get they were busy but if she said hey I’m sorry I’m really busy it might take a bit I would have waited instead I got a refund and left. Also I wasnt even refunded right and I tried to explain that to her but she would listen to me and she walked away mad bc the new guy I to ask her for help on how to refund my order. NEVER AGAIN will I come here and it’s sad bc it’s very convenient to come here and I come here at least two times a week and now I have to completely change my routine off and I hate doing that but there’s more than just Stewart’s to get milkshakes!
