I bought an iphone 12 for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Explained to the salesperson that it was a surprise and I didn’t want my daughter to find out prior to Christmas. The person assured me there was no email attached to the account and there would be no alerts. It turns out, my daughter’s email is on file and Tmobile alerted my daughter and now Christmas is ruined. I’m trying to return the device, however, they are refusing to waive the $75 restocking fee…. I bought the device yesterday and they are the ones who ruined Christmas!!
