Great quality of ice cream…just wished the servings were a bit more…

Kind of slow service because it is understaffed, but worth the wait.

The place was packed and we got in and out very quickly.

I was a bit disappointed. Went in after a nice dinner for dessert. The staff was not particularly friendly. Out of a few supplies. First, time since the pandemic. Perhaps, there’s been a change of personnel. Always, very friendly and professional in all previous visits.

Got a banana split and even though they were busy, “one poor girl working by herself and the place was packed” I was served this masterpiece! The Chunky Monkey was a perfect fit! Great ice cream and wonderful service!

Worst service ever. Lights partially off at 8:30 pm when closed at 9pm. The young lady did not say one world when we walked in. Asked her how her day was going she said good without even looking up, asked if they were closing soon she said 9 again without looking up. My husband decided he didn’t want anything said thank you, have a wonderful night. Again nothing said not even a look up. I told her she should work on her customer service so she threw her spoon down and slammed the door after we walked out. Maybe they should think about who they have running their shop, especially on a Saturday when downtown was packed. Definitely not good for sales.
