I’ve only been here a few times but I never had any issues. I recently went here to drop off Amazon returns and I was in and out quickly and the employee was nice. The only negative thing I have to say is they close too early especially their new covid times (posted below). I rarely make it here in time.

This place is rated 2.9 on Google and that has to be completely wrong. I’ve dealt with 3 different employee’s and all 3 times I received great treatment and it’s nothing like some of the reviews say. They answered all my questions and had enough patience with me explaining returns with this Amazon thing. First time I went in it was for the location but the next two times I’ve gone in was to see if this place was really a 2.9 but it’s NOT at all. Go there and you’ll totally come out wanting to rate it at 5 stars just to help raise their rating.

Over 30 minutes before closing, I was locked out of the store and then later they told me they had closed the register (even tho I was already inside the store 30 mins prior to closing!)The lady is actually sweet but the dude is RUDE and gets loud without care.That same day, I later went to the UPS off of Magnolia in Corona and the lady was sweet and took my package with no issues (10 mins before closing)The difference here is obvious. Avoid Ontario and go to Magnolia.
