Reeds always takes care of me and my family. I feel like they are always trying to make sure we feel welcomed and like we belong. The quality of their furniture is well beyond all the other stores in the area. I especially like the fact that they have their own delivery team, they don’t farm it out to a third party. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best!

I feel like I was ripped off and lied to. I purchased an electric recliner and five minutes after delivery, right after the delivery person left, the electrical part became intermittent. Like a short in the wire. I worried about this when purchasing an electric chair, but my senior aunt who is 82, has trouble getting up and down and the upward motion of this chair would have helped her stand. Only it doesn’t because it doesn’t work. I called customer service literally 30 minutes after delivery and after the tech Kian tried to tell me to unplug and plug it back in (um, I see the light on the cord), he said I cannot exchange it for another chair, that there are no exchanges and no refunds. What reputable business does this? I blame myself for not reading the fine print, but I feel like Reeds is only out for themselves. I now have a broken 1700 dollar chair and I cannot return it and now have to wait for a 3rd party repair person to call me to come check it out. I was told it could happen in 2 days or 2 weeks or a month. That is customer service? I will be telling this story as loudly and as widely as I can online, to warn others never to buy from Reeds. Ever.
