I should have posted this a while ago but forgot so a little late but…We wanted to buy our girls Guinea Pigs for Christmas. We saw some at PetSmart however they refused to let us pay for them while they held them for a day. They assured us they had plenty of stock and we would not be disappointed. Came Christmas eve they had all sold out! We called around and couldn’t get a pair. We rang Village Pet Shop and Bob had two pigs left. It was almost closing time ON CHRISTMAS EVE yet Bob took pity on us and stayed open for 45 minutes until my husband got there to pick them up! He also gave us a bag of food that he did not charge for and heaps of good advise as we are first time Guinea Pig owners. Bob went above and beyond for us and was so friendly and a pleasure to deal with! I will not hesitate to recommend Village Pet Shop to anyone!

Best place ive ever gone, crickets and all the other animals are healthy and the store is very clean. Animals and staff are friendly. Animals are in good hands and Bob, the owner, is very nice and lets you hold any of the animals.
