This review is based on Matt. He was extremely busy helping others and was still able to get back to help me and my wife with getting a living room set for the Memorial day sale. Price was good and he tried to make us get an even better deal but the manager wouldn’t budge. Not mad at that but Matt went above and beyond to help us save on delivery by helping us load a rental truck we got before the store closed. At the end of the day he helped us sort and load everything in the truck rental and we were able to get everything the same day. This guys deserves all the stars for the great customer service. Thanks again Matt.

Sales person was nice and helpful. His name is Darnell. No complaints and only praise for him.However, the furniture arrived very damaged. I’m surprised how cheaply made this is for $2000 (after discounts) of bedroom furniture. I know they will remedy the situation, however I’m now left with excess boxes, styrofoam, and have broken furniture out of the box.Also, the delivery crew didn’t arrive in their window. My wife and I were out for the morning and planned to be back for the arrival window. They arrived 2 hours early when we weren’t there. They dropped it off with no issues though.

I had a great experience at the Ashley Home Store in Concord, CA. I had the pleasure to work with both Xavier and Taylor, both of whom are great salespeople and take the time to understand your needs and get you all the info you need on any piece of furniture in the store.They walked us through pricing and dimensions on multiple couches and stuck with us until we found one that was in stock and could be delivered on the day we needed it. I would highly recommend this location. Go ask for Xavier or Taylor and they will take care of you.
