Leslie’s pool repair service and management are horrible. My pool heater has not worked in over a year. Leslie’s has been out 5 times to fix it and has yet to do so. Their technicians show up unannounced without confirming an appointment. So far the technicians have been nice, but each one comes out and says something new is wrong with my heater, and they need to get parts, then never return. When i spoke to the supervisor Danny Maddox, he was rude, arrogant, unhelpful, and ignorant. He didn’t care what we had been through, and was argumentative regarding details of MY OWN POOL.I will never use Leslie’s pool service again. For your own sake, find someone else.
