If this store is going to close up at 10PM instead of 11pm. Then update your hours, otherwise don’t close at 10pm.

GOUGED IN A PANDEMIC!! If your unfortunate enough to have a year like mine was, then you can relate! Me and my husband were both laid off in March 2020, due to the Covid 19 lockdown. So in turn we lost our health insurance because we could no longer afford our out of pocket monthly premiums or the co pays. So this has left us Cash patients for almost a year now, my husband is a Senior Citizen, and I am 2 years away from being classified as a Senior citizen as well. Well to make a very long story short, CVS has decided to not only take advantage of their customers, but to GOUGE THEM of what little money we are claiming on EDD. They have taken it upon themselves to not only RAISE prices on a common drug that is fairly cheap if paying cash, USUALLY! Now they have Tripled the price, and PROHIBITED me to use ANY COUPON! This is basically strong arming customers in my opinion! They know you HAVE to have this medication that they have been filling for years under insurance!, But not that’s it’s a cash basis and I have nobody to help me pay but me, CVS gouged me not once, not twice, CONTINUALLY! And is still to this very day! I am sick of their Corporate Greed, they DO NOT CARE about their customers, that slogan is a lie! They take advantage of their customers and they should be ashamed! The next phone call I am making is to the BBB ,THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! It’s time that us the constomer’s to take our voice back and show these big box stores, you cannot treat people this way and get away with it forever.

I would give more than five stars if I could. The staff went above and beyond. The two people at the counter were extremely polite while under a lot of stress. The line in front of me was long and behind me was worse but they did their best to smile all the way through. My medications came in much earlier than promised. The pharmacist even told me to how to properly use it and other information about the prescription, which I wish other pharmacies I have used would do more often.
