Inconsiderate MANAGERS. I waited for a long time for my order and when I got home, I found out that they had my order wrong. So I was forced to drive back because I already paid for it. The female manager assist me and I told her my frustration. She could tell that I’m angry because of the inconvenience but she didn’t seem to care. She told me – so you’re JUST missing an order as if nothing happened. MAYBE IF YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE MORE ATTENTIVE then there will be no HUNGRY AND ANGRY customer like myself writing a ridiculous review like this. AND HECTOR (the other manager), you are one of the inconsiderate managers. Because you were there and you heard everything but you didn’t apologize nor did you do anything to calm the situation. WHAT AN INCOMPETENT MANAGERS.
