Sonos is a con / dropping service to their products when they still work.

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. HUGE WAIT TIMES. No live customer service chat ON THE WEEKENDS. With my time and effort to try to set up Sonos (my retailer didn’t want to mess with installation) and add a SUB to my existing system I could have paid for the Bang and Olefsun system I really wanted.

We have some ongoing issues with our Sonos system and the customer supper team do not reply. The sad part is that the older items are no longer supported. We have speakers up to 5 years old and paid full price for them. They quit working and we are out the money. Paying this much for a speaker that sounds great until it just stops working seems like a waste of money and more electronic garbage that hopefully can be recycled.
