Great experience. Worked with Mike and Victor and everything went as smooth as could be. No gimmicks. Straight forward. Went for a test drive. Came back said I wanted the vehicle. And was out the door and driving away in my new car within an hour or so. Drove 2.5 hours for the car I wanted and will do again when the time comes to buy another one.

It has been said that buying a car can be a daunting experience. Not so at Oroville Ford! I ordered my new Ford Truck and took possession of it three months later. In that time frame I was able to interact with some of the staff, notably Internet Sales Manager Victor Astorga, Fleet Manager Tommy Martin, Sales Manager Bill Daniels, and General Manager Bob Byrd. To a person they were cordial, helpful, and went out of their way to keep me informed. I never felt rushed, or pressured in any way, and felt more like a member of their family. Salesman Corry was very nice and pleased with his help. Not happy with the company’s business practices! We just gave them cash for a down payment and they had no receipt to give us. They took a blank piece of paper with no letterhead and wrote $3,000.00 for a receipt with no complete detailed description as what the money is for and stapled their business card to it. They said they do business this way all the time and have no problems. We asked for our money back since they could only come up with a bogus receipt. We will not being doing business with them but will take it to someone who actually knows how to give an accurate, real receipt for money. Bad accounting practices makes me think what else is not done correctly?What’s really sad is that a family member had just bought a car and paid cash for it two weeks earlier and this is how we were treated when trying to purchase another car.
