100% recommend coming here and seeing Miguel Contreras Medina he was so patient and nice. This is the first time I’ve ever been to T-Mobile without getting stressed out. He made sure everything was stress free. He did not looked bothered at all even though it took us 1 1/2 to set up our Apple Watches. He is great!!

Great staff, very clean, and safe store. Excellent safety protocols in place for the pandemic. Had to get a sim card to switch over from Sprint. Easy swap. Quickly done.

I have been a Sprint customer for years and T-Mobile has treated us like 2nd class citizens. One guy tried to sell me a OnePlus phone so I asked how it compared to the Samsung S21 I wanted. He had no idea, but just liked the OnePlus – in other words, he would get a bigger bonus if I picked the One Plus. With my Sprint SIM, I’m on 3g most of the time- ROAMING all over the state. I tried to upgrade my phone and the deals were OK, but in order to do anything I first need to switch all my SIMS to T-Mobile, so I asked for 5 SIMS. We can’t do that, you need to bring ALL 5 phones into the store. Well, some of them are all over the county, so that is a real pain in my side. Instead of an OK deal on a phone upgrade, I switched to a great carrier that gave me brand new, top of the line phones for FREE and the monthly service for unlimited is the same, so I will be a former T-Mobile/Sprint customer this Friday when the new Samsung S21 is released (yes- we were given several of them for free- when we traded in our old Samsung phones)
