My salesperson, Jay, was great, such a sweet man! I had the car shipped from another CarMax site and it arrived sooner than I thought; which was nice! Before my appointment to see the car, Jay had it assured me the car had been through an additional inspection as well as wiped down before I test drove it. The car is perfect, my daughter and I love it! He walked me through the financing which was the easiest process I’ve ever encountered when buying a car. Maria, from finance, was a total sweetheart. She explained what I was signing or initialing before I put the ink to the forms. While I was signing the forms, Jay had the car sent it for a quick detail. Total time in the dealership from start to finish was 1hr, 20 mins.
