Had to wait over an hour to get a prescription filled. Everyone was very nice and polite, wouldn’t have been a big deal except they said it would take between 15-20min. At first I thought I was being overly sensitive since it was the first time I had left the house since bringing home the baby(prescription was for my wife) and was running on low sleep. But as I started to pay attention they only called 1 prescription complete in that hour and of the 5-10 customers that came in, none were able to leave with their prescriptions. Wish I had read the reviews before chosing this pharmacy, looks like my experience is the unfortunate standard for this place.

The pharmacy is late to fill prescriptions with no explanations. Their standard response is we’re working on it. Some Pharm Tech have poor customer service; one actually smirked and laughed at me. I recommend going to another pharmacy.

Put prescription in automated. Got text saying it was ready. Wasn’t ready had to wait. Next time put in prescription automated said it would be done by 12. Never got a text. Called to see if it was ready. Front cashier answered and couldn’t transfer to pharmacy.Seems like this place isn’t being managed very efficiently.
