We were driving up Water st when we saw Dig gardens and decided to stop and go inside. From outside it seems like a small store but once you go in you’ll realize it is a pretty good size garden store.They carry good selection hard to find plants,candles, kitchen stuff, patio furniture, fountains, etc. Their prices are on the more expensive side but they do carry higher quality inventory.The personnel were very nice and knowledgeable and would explain exactly how to take care of any plants.All in all if you’re looking for something more unique for your house or patio stop by here and you may just find what you were looking for.

One of my favorite plant nurseries in Santa Cruz. Great decor & a generally excellent plant selection. I’ve never had an issue with plant health here (can’t say the same for other nurseries in the Bay Area…).If you’re looking for a one-stop-shop for indoor houseplants/outdoor plants and pots/decor, I think Dig is your best bet south of 17. About half my ~25 plants/pots are from Dig and all are doing great.
