I’ve been buying a lot of things online and not everything fits so I return them using UPS. I’ve learned it’s best to drop it off at the UPS store and get a receipt. I still have a package that’s FedEx picked up in December wandering aimlessly through the country. It was hard to get Levi’s to give me a refund on a package they never got. Having a receipt makes all the difference. This UPS Store is wonderful and there is parking on the side which is rare here in downtown Los angeles. Everyone who works there is pleasant and does their best to get you in and out of there fast.

Fast service. Andre goes above and beyond. I walked in with two under 4 and my autistic child was wandering the store touching stuff when I asked him to stop touching Andre gave him a tiny piece of bubble wrap for him to pop. It really made my time at the store (2minutes it took me too settle him down) so much smoother.
