My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Panache! Nelson helped us and was very knowledgeable with regard to what would look good on her. He was also very personable and patient with us. We did not feel rushed in any way. And she found the dress of her dreams. I would strongly recommend Panache!

I was initially really excited about my Panache appointment because I heard they had a great selection of dresses. That part was true—but my experience was overall disappointing. The stylist was not warm at all, she barely put in any effort, and claimed they didn’t have any extenders(?) in the whole store. This was frustrating because 1) they carry *really* small sizes so not investing in extenders is ridiculous (I’m a size 6 for reference) 2) the changing room was too small for me to take full pictures wearing the dresses (that I needed the clips for) and they didn’t let me come out to the area with more space/better lighting because they have a male employee at the store 3) the stylist refused to let my sister into the changing room which was frustrating because my sister would’ve been of wayyy more help than she was, since all the stylist did was stand there and look. She couldn’t even be bothered to help me hold the back of the dress so I could imagine what it would look like if it fit right (since they didn’t have the proper tools). You could tell this girl had no interest in securing my business for whatever reason. To top it all off, at the end of my appointment, they refused to tell me what I tried on. I’ve been to multiple bridal shops in the area and in other states, and none of them has exercised such a policy. This is something that should’ve been mentioned earlier, and it was more frustrating because looking up those dresses would’ve given me a better picture of what the dresses actually looked like when they fit/were in proper lighting. I actually cut my appointment short because it was getting increasingly irritating. At some point, the stylist said to me “you can call me anytime babe, I’m always here for you” and in my mind, I thought “girl what!? You’re not even here for me NOW!” the shop is definitely very “Beverly Hills”, both staff and customers alike. If you could put up with the fake unhelpful attitude, then you could actually make it work because the dresses are beautiful, especially if you’re into Berta-esque dresses.
