Highly recommend making a reservation. I walked in at my appointment time and there were 13 people ahead of me but none of them had reservations so as soon as I logged in I went to the top of the queue. Was in and out, in under 10 minutes. Friendly staff.

Came into this great new location with better hours than their last location, wide comfortable lobby with nice tall chairs and tables to sit at, and MOST IMPORTANTLY amazing customer service professionals who go out of their way to assist their customers.Silvia went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t wait more than a few minutes. I want to see the Canelo fight and I needed to pick up a box to order and watch it (since I only lease Cable Cards to use with my TiVo sets). She found one and setup right away to my account and provided me an east to follow guide on how to Install it myself.I’m also fascinated that they are sharing the SAME towers as VERIZON for their cellular service which means they are providing the BEST coverage around for an amazing $45/line for UNLIMITED everything.
