One of the best and outstanding people I have met. Todd at GE Monogram Expert came to my house and explained what was wrong and tested out the washer which was giving me trouble. He ran it and tested it and found the issue quickly. He had all the parts needed and fixed it on the spot. This was amazing and he was extremely friendly and informative. I am and would recommend him to anyone who needs these items fixed. The price was very reasonable and fair. Again a big Thank you to him and I will recommend him to everyone!!!!!

I was having trouble with my refrigerator and was on the fence about whether to replace it or have someone come by. They were the most upfront and honest out of the several companies I called. They were the only ones willing to provide a potential price to repair without having to come by first. Although they didn’t fix my equipment; the time and effort spent with zero compensation to show for it has forever earned my business. Please do give GE Monogram Expert a chance first.
