Good service overall. You just have to know your facts and stay on top of things. Manager did miscalculate remaining credit on prorated treadwear warranty for new tire exchange and billed me an extra $100+ at first, but did correct as I walked him through it. Granted, it was also an unusual situation with a Slingshot Trike at half warranty term. Tire was also mounted backwards outside in at first. But tech was also nice, just made an honest mistake. Fixed it. Again, you just have to know your stuff as a customer and stay on top of things. Great place overall

Great experience very helpful sales person, I made a appointment before I got there. He fixed my order my didn’t try to pressure me into a more expensive tire. Once we had the right tires and wheels setup I was out the door in about 25 minutes. Was fantastic service.
