I went there with my boyfriend and it was my first time ever buying a Louis Vuitton. I was really shocked with the customer service they provide. They always rushing you and when ask for more option, they say oh, “we have shown you all of the ones we have” no you didn’t. I was going to buy more but after seeing the horrible service, I didn’t end up buying. She would show me one and stand on a side with whatsoever no interest. I understand you are busy but I am spending my money and the least you can provide is good customer service with interest in helping.

My daughter surprised me for Mother’s Day wit a trip to The Louis Vuitton store. Astrid was our personal agent and she brought me bags that met with my expectations. I left very satisfied and they even gave us a bouquet of flowers!
