What a pleasant experience, which sadly is rare in retail today. Robert approached us as we were looking for an A/C and helped us through purchasing a new unit, loading it into our car and all. He was patient, as I got a bit irritated, and diligent until the end. Thankful for the wonderful experience Best Buy, Robert, and the young lady at customer service this afternoon.One note for Insignia, your packaging should not be the same for the different sizes. The size should be more prominent as I originally thought the price was for a 6,000 unit when the prices were for a 7,000 and 8,000.

There is a good selection available for purchase. One would not expect the level of appliance selection for a mall location, but I was pleased with the choices. If I were in the market for a washer, dryer, stove, or refrigerator, I would feel confident in finding something. As expected, there are plenty of computers and other small home electronics. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Poor selection: Walked around for 15 minutes but all associates were busy. Finally was able to speak with someone and they did not have what I was looking for speaker connectors.I am also in the market for a new receiver. They had two models in stock. Wow.
